The request for Health Professional loans and Loans for Disadvantaged Students will be accepted beginning Thursday, September 18, 2024. The Priority deadline date for submission is October 14, 2024.
Please note funds are limited and are awarded based on eligibility and first come first serve basis.
The following federal government guidelines are required for consideration:
- Regardless of dependency status and age you must have reported your parent’s 2022 income information on your 2024-2025 FAFSA.
- Have a valid 2024-2025 financial aid award on your Banner Web account.
- Have unmet need.
- Completed Pharmacy Request for Additional Aid form.
- Attached to the Request for Additional Aid form, must be your parents 2022 IRS Federal Income Tax Transcript or income verification (Social security verification, certified letter from foreign country, etc.).
Reminder:
- The team will not be able to evaluate your submission if ALL the above required documents are not submitted together. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
