It’s time for the next steps in the Graduate School enrollment process.
If you haven’t already done so, be sure to file the FAFSA before the March 1st priority deadline.
Review the following categories to complete the appropriate steps to solidify your spot in the new student class.
Finalizing your Admissions (Graduate Admissions)

Using , you will be able to search for classes, register for classes, view your academic records, check the status of financial aid, and see account balances. For questions regarding your financial aid, connect with the Office of Student Financial Aid or call them at (504) 520-7835. For questions regarding your student account and billing for tuition and fees, connect with the One Stop Shop or call them at (844) XU1-STOP.

If you plan to apply for financial aid, don't forget to submit your as soon as possible so that your financial aid can be processed prior to the start of the fall semester. Please contact the Office of Financial Aid if you have any questions about this process.
All steps must be completed at least one month before the start of fall classes.
Step A: Submit your health immunization form to the Office of Student Health Services.
Step B: All students are required to have health insurance.
Submit a health insurance waiver or sign-upfor University Student Health Insurance.

Contact your department for your advisor's contact information and assistance with course selection and registration.
Once you are registered, you will need to complete the fiscal clearance process. In order to be fiscally cleared, you must log in to and submit an assessment sheet as well as make any required payments listed on the assessment sheet. The assessment sheet will either show that you have been awarded enough financial aid to cover your balance, or it will show your remaining balance and request a payment.
Instructions for submitting the assessment sheet are attached. The fiscal clearance deadline for fall is August 18th, therefore, you will want to complete this process before the deadline to avoid possible late fees.
Upon reviewing your financial aid package and assessing your bill, please sign in to your account to make your payment.
