Special Events

Experience all that �ؾ��� has to offer by attending one of our special events for prospective students. Our unique on-campus and regional events provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about the University and what it's like to be a student here. You'll have the chance to connect with current students, faculty, and admissions counselors who can answer your questions and give you an insider's perspective on life at Xavier.

Please note that registration is required for all events, and space is limited, so be sure to secure your spot early!

Open House

Open House offers high school students and their families an exciting opportunity to explore our campus, gain insight into academic programs, experience campus life, and learn about the admissions process up close.

XU Comes to YOU!

Xavier's Office of Admissions hosts a series of regional recruitment events around the country called XU Comes to You! These events are opportunities for admitted students to receive more information about the University in their own areas. The multi-part yield event will take place at various in-person locations and via Zoom. In the past, the �ؾ��� Admissions team has visited the following cities: Memphis, St. Louis, Baton Rouge, DMV, Los Angeles, New York City, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Detroit, and Miami. Students will be able to celebrate their acceptance, discuss enrollment next-steps, and hear from Financial Aid, alumni, and current students.

After receiving their acceptance, students will receive an invite via email to XU Comes to You events in their area.

Lagniappe Admitted Students Day

Lagniappe (meaning a little something extra!) is Xavier's Admitted Students Day—a special event packed with activities and sessions designed to give you a true Xavierite experience. During this on-campus event, you'll explore the university, learn about campus resources, delve into your major of interest, and hear from our esteemed faculty, staff, and current students.
