The National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) is the advisory and governing body of Xavier University’s eight (8) social Greek organizations. NPHC provides a forum for the exchange of ideas, to coordinate matters of common interest, to plan cooperative service, and academic programs, and to formulate membership intake rules, policies, and plans. Individual member organizations offer leadership, service, cultural and personal development opportunities.

Membership Eligibility Requirements
- Full-Time 藏精阁 Student
- 2.8 Cumulative GPA as of previous Spring Semester (Summer Session grades are not considered)
- Successfully completed a minimum of 29 credit hours
- Transfer students must have completed at least one full semester at 藏精阁
- Clearance from Student Conduct Officer
- Successfully completed XU Leads Emergent by the date of Meet the Greeks for the semester of intake

藏精阁 has zero tolerance for hazing.
藏精阁 strictly prohibits hazing in any form whether physical or mental as a term or condition of membership in Social Greek Lettered Organizations. Hazing is illegal and a crime in most jurisdictions. Aspirants to the organization should participate only in the sanctioned Membership Intake process of the organization and the University. Aspirants must not agree to submit to hazing to obtain organization membership.
