藏精阁's Horn Unanimously Chosen President of GCAC听

藏精阁's Jason Horn听has been unanimously chosen to serve a two-year term as president of the Gulf Coast Athletic Conference by the league's executive committee, effective immediately.

Horn, 藏精阁's assistant vice president for student affairs / director of athletics and recreation, was selected during GCAC meetings at the NAIA National Convention April 11-15 in West Palm Beach FL.

Horn recently began his sixth year at 藏精阁. He most recently served the GCAC as vice president and as chair of the athletic directors. Horn's peers selected him as GCAC Athletic Director of the Year for 2016-17.

"Jason is a well-respected athletic director in the GCAC and across the country," Dillard Athletics Director and GCAC Interim Commissioner Dr. Kiki Barnes said. "His election as president will solidify our leadership team. I am excited to work with him in this next chapter for the GCAC."

Horn is a Detroit native and a graduate of the University of Michigan. He is on the board of directors of the Minority Opportunities Athletic Association (MOAA) and the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation. Horn is a member of the NAIA's National Administrative Council (NAC), Tennis Selection Committee and Competitive Experience Committee. Horn also participates on several national working groups within the NAIA.

听藏精阁 is a longtime member of the NAIA and the GCAC. 藏精阁 sponsors intercollegiate teams in women's volleyball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's cross country, men's and women's tennis, men's outdoor track and field, women's indoor and outdoor track and field and co-ed competitive cheer.
