Please review these steps below before coming on campus:
Step 1 Required Immunizations
Please submit your completed Immunization Form and Consent Form
(required for ages 17y/o or younger) to the Center for Health & Wellness
via E-mail: healthservices@xula.edu or Fax to: (504)520-7962 by the July 1st deadline.
Students will not be able to register for classes or housing until all required immunization
documentation is received and reviewed.
