WHO Covid Vaccine Third Dose: Who has advocated a ban on giving booster doses (booster dose) to people with general health at least by the end of this year.

Geneva:

You can also be administered the third dose (Corona Vaccine Third Dose) of corona vaccine. The World Health Organization (WHO) has recommended that individuals with weak immunity (weak immune system) should be given the third dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. However, who has advocated a ban on giving booster doses (booster dose) to people with general health at least by the end of this year. Who has said that people with weak immune systems can be given a third dose of any recognized covid vaccine.

Experts at the UN Health Agency say people over the age of 60 who have taken both doses of China’s Sinovac and Sinoform vaccine (China’s Sinovac and Sinopharm vaccines) could be given the third vaccine dose. However, who’s Immunization Advisory Group has clarified that they are not recommending a booster dose of covid vaccine for all.

As is being done in some countries like USA, UAE, Israel. The organization said that every person all over the world should get at least one vaccine dose, only then can everyone be thought of the booster dose. The WHO had set a target of vaccination of 10 per cent of every country’s population by September, but has achieved only 56 per cent less than this floor. But 90 percent of rich countries achieved this target.

Significantly, in the world’s richest countries, 60-70 percent of people have received at least one corona vaccine. In India too, the corona vaccination figure is set to reach close to Rs 100 crore. But even 5 percent of the population in poor countries is still not vaccinated. This has raised questions about corona’s goal of complete elimination.
